Why does she keep having kids with him? I don't get it. The guy clearly does not have his sh!t together...good luck raising kids with him. (I'm not trying to detract from his efforts at getting sober...I hope he does...I'm just saying why keep procreating while he is unstable).

ITA! BTW - I admit  I have seen some of the Kardashian shows. She ALWAYS has resting ***** face. I can never tell if she's happy or not. Too bad bc I think she could be the prettiest of the sisters.

love penelope's shoes though!
I think the kid is coming from Ballet/dance. She has ballet shoes on and it may be a ballet outfit. Still odd she isn't covered if its cold out but it may not be cold out, the long coat is a fashion statement.
