If Baby #2 is a different Gender than #1...
If baby #2 is a different gender than baby #1 and you are registering, whether it is for the completion coupon or a sprinkle, what items are you registering for?

Re: If Baby #2 is a different Gender than #1...
I'm not registering because I'm using all of DS' old stuff (even if it isn't gender neutral). I'll get a carseat cover for his carseat since it's green and gray. the PNP, swing, stroller is all beige and green, so i'm reusing that. I'm also reusing his bottles.
Things on my list to buy are a sit-and-stand stroller, a dual vision monitor, new furniture (since DS' is convertable, we had always planned for it to grow with him), sheets and burp clothes.
I was one of those first time parents that registered for things I never used because I thought i HAD to have it. Now I know -- diapers, wipes, burp clothes and bottles and I'm good. LOL

I didn't register because all of my big items were gender neutral. All I really needed was clothes for #2, which I didn't buy until he was born because we were team green (both times).
eta- We also bought bottles, forgot that. I BF but needed bottles for when I went back to work.

Thanks everyone! All of my big items are gender neutral except the play mat and bathtub which he will have no idea they are pink.
I plan on getting new bottles, pacifiers, burp cloths, bibs, washcloths, towels - which is what I put on the registry.
I also want a new monitor so I can have the duel camera and two-way communication.
My family is planning on throwing me a sprinkle so I just wanted to add things that I would need in addition to clothes.

Me personally, I would ask people (if they're asking for suggestion) to pitch in and get the dual camera monitor. I wanted one but I'm cheap so we just stuck with the single non-video monitor that we have. I could see the double camera coming in handy if two LO's are close in age. I'd also like it for the playroom in the basement once they're old enough to be down there alone.
I'm really trying to think what else new is needed. We never used pacifiers and I just reused all my towels and bibs, they're still in fine condition. New breast pump parts (tubing, etc) if you're going to be pumping. A double stroller, that's a big one. I'm sure if you Goggle there's some list of things to get for a second baby. . . I just never really found that I needed much new so I couldn't see a reason to register.

Re: If Baby #2 is a different Gender than #1...
I made a few to take advantage of the discount: Crib mattress (already got second crib) Nursery decor - changing pad cover etc Bedding Towels and wash clothes Burp clothes and bibs Sleep sacks/swaddles Blankets Nipples (reusing bottles) Boppy covers Lotion and soap fragrance free Nipple cream and milk freezer bags Second camera for monitor Second seat for stroller Second base for car seat (we only had 1 car with DD) Socks and clothes Bottle warmer mine not so good Diaper dekor refills Diapers and wipes Diaper cream
All my big gear is gender neutral but the cloth things were all pink (sheets, etc). I plan to keep some pink swaddled, etc as backup but wanted some boy stuff
I'm sneaking in some stuff for DD like a little potty too.
I got great deals around Christmas time and wil get the rest of the stuff soon
