Funny guess I was on to something years ago since I have always hated her. She reminds me of a man and I just don't like her personality from what I have seen.

She can walk around looking like ish and people say- well she's Gwen, she can do no wrong.
Why?

You know what? Now that I'm thinking about it, after I saw her do the lip syncing competition on the tonight show she has started to annoy me, for the same reasons you wrote. She came off as very un-original, and I felt like I've been fooled all this time.

I like her as a person but not as an artist. I feel like her music is very fake...like she's trying to be all gangster and it's like, hun you're a 40-something year old white chick. Calm it down. Her new song with Pharrell annoys the sh!t out of me.
However, I like her as a coach on The Voice. She seems very sincere and sweet.

I've always loved her for some reason too. I was completely obsessed with her middle school/high school and I don't think that will ever change. Then again, I don't watch The Voice or anything like that, so I don't have those influences on my opinion.

I like some of her and No Doubt's music, but I always felt she was trying too hard to be edgy & fashionable. She and her family looks "too planned" when it comes to their wardrobe and hair.
I think she looks pretty in this photo, plus I'm tired of seeing her in that red lipstick. I think she'd look gorgeous in chestnut brown hair.

Im a HUGE HUGE HUGE No Doubt fan, and if you havent, when you see them live, youll understand. She and the rest of ND put on an AMAZING show. Their live show (Ive seen them 17 freaking times, lol) is the reason I love her/them so much!
(I dont like her solo stuff)
