favor ideas for rainbow party?
help! we are having a "rainbow" themed party for my DD in a week or two and I need favors!
I was planning on giving drawstring backpacks in each child's favorite color. I found them on amazon for about $3 each - perfect! But i am still waiting for rsvps and it looks like today is the last day i can order these backpacks in order for them to get here on time. And even today, it's close!
Any other ideas? I can always do rainbow candy.
I just usually prefer to do something not-food-related because the kids are all different ages (babies - 12 years) and I do appreciate when my kids come home from parties withOUT a ton of candy  I love to give something useable, etc.

favor ideas for rainbow party?
Crayons? I was going to say a pot of gold with the gold chocolate coins but you said no food. Crayons would be cute if you came up w a saying tying it in.

My neighbor had a rainbow party for her DD years ago. They did a tie dye party. Thought it was cute that the kids made their shirt and got to take it home and they also gave those big rainbow circle lollipops. I know you said no candy though.

I know you said no food... but it seems you are more against candy... what about a pot of gold-"fish" at the end of the rainbow 
as a mom, i would much rather and not mind goldfish!

I did a rainbow theme one year and got a 4 pack of crayola sidewalk chalk in rainbow colors and attached one of those big rainbow lollipops to it with a ribbon and tag.
