Renting a stroller on vacation
We are going to Maine next week for vacation. We have a 10 week old and a 3 year old. For beach trips we use the bob and I have the car seat adapter. However this leaves nothing for DD and if she gets tired while we are out there is no where for her to go. My in laws might be able to fit the city mini in their car but for like $50 for the week we could just rent a stroller - should we? We don't have a double stroller bc until this instance we haven't needed one.

Renting a stroller on vacation
DO you have an umbrella stroller? IF not I would go buy a cheapie one rather than spend the 50 on a rental.

i went to sarasota for a week with my 4yo and 2mo last year and i had my snap and go but for trips to the zoo, disney, walk to town i rented a stroller. I'm glad I did

if we can't fit our double we bring our 2 umbrella strollers. Then we each have one to push. It's a little annoying. I could see renting it for $50 or I could also seeing buying one for $30 and having it. It's really up to you

You can buy an umbrella for $20. Or a step up for $80. Use a 20% off coupon and it's just slightly more than renting it. And then you have a spare stroller at home! Our city mini broke so we bought an umbrella just to have it while we waited for the new city mini to be delivered. Now I'm glad we have an extra, lighter stroller.
