HELP! Breastpump not working!
Earlier a chord got tangled in my office chair and my Medela pump motor fell off my desk. Now it's not working. I've unplugged and replugged several times. Just used up my tiny freezer stash last week and haven't been able to restock yet. I literally only have enough for tomorrow. What can I do? Is there a place a can take it? Do I have to go buy a new pump tonight for tomorrow at work? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Dd is 2 months and has only had bm.

Did you try contacting medela to see if they had any troubleshooting tips? Also, try checking the website. Is the pump not turning on or is there no suction?

Yes! Call them. They will walk you through several different things that may be wrong.

Agree with all of this -- their customer service line is great!

Ha, I was just coming back to say I called and they have been great! I should be back in business by tomorrow and will have to use my battery pack until them (looks like the issue is with the actual power adapter). Thanks for the suggestions though!
