lunch ideas for preschool camp (Kosher style)
My DS will be going to his reformed preschool for the summer. They are doing more "camp" activities. I sent him in the winter and just paid to have the school lunches that are served.
need some kosher style lunches to bring. I don't even know if they have a fridge. I'm sure they do, but since I never brought in during the school year I didn't think about it.
Any ideas?

Kosher style as in no mixing milk and meat, no shellfish/pork etc? Or does meat have to be kosher too?
Bagels with cream cheese. Cheese sandwiches, mac and cheese in a thermos. Those were always go-to lunches when I worked at Jewish day camps. If you buy an insulated lunch box and put a small hard ice pack in it will help keep cool. Also, cut up Hebrew National hot dog in a thermos is good. Hummus with pita or pretzels and some fruit and veggie is easy. I'm sure I can think of more.
