The Best/Your Favorite Puzzles

Need puzzle suggestions for a 2 and 2 1/2 year old. Already have 2 fisher prices ones (animals with a button to play music and one where each item does different things) plus 2 melissa and doug ones (shapes and fruit basket) and 1 geometric stacking puzzle. Any others that are good?

I'm not sure if these are too easy for the kids in questions, but before my son (2 years 4 months) started doing 12-piece puzzles, he really like the farm/forest/ocean/safari beginner puzzles from Petit Collage

Also, kind of different, but he also LOVES Automoblox, which I guess are kind of like 3-D puzzles.

For the minis, the body comes apart into 4 pieces, and then each wheel comes off. Not for kids who put things in their mouth, though, since the tires could be a choking hazard.

For DD she loves her Cinderella foam floor puzzle and basically any of 24 piece puzzles from TRU that have her favorite characters on it.

I love crocodile creek puzzles. They are well made. I usually start with the progressive jigsaw puzzles( 6 peice then 9 then 12...)

The Best/Your Favorite Puzzles

Target has some jigsaw puzzles with sesame street characters on them. They're 9 pieces and slide pretty easily in place.

DS has a ton of puzzles. My least favorites are the hard, wooden jigsaws bc they're too hard for him to manipulate (he's only 19m so they may be easier for your DS). But I know they sell those with a few puzzles in the box already.

He has a learning journey puzzle box with 5 puzzles inside. The cardbord isn't as stiff as a wooden puzzle, so it's easier for him to manipulate. Those are 28 pieces.

Melissa and Doug puzzles are a big hit. We have both the chunky style ones and the ones with the thin knobs. We also have their stackers and sorters (I love Melissa and Doug, I just wish they weren't so much money).

Their are some nice touch and feel jigsaw puzzles that I've seen as well, I think they're fisher price but don't quote me. They may just be next to the fisher price puzzles and I'm getting them confused.
