I hear what your saying ,but I guess there is a double standard in women's favor....I highly doubt he will press charges against her, this tape was NEVER suppose to be seen and I think that by bringing charges against her he will have to explain why she was going ape sh!t on him and highly doubt he wants that out, because by the looks of it, he's been a bad, bad boy...

ive seen solange out a few times including at a beyonce concert. she wasnt even sitting next to jay-z. she was in another section with that american idol weight watchers chick
in an entire section over, jay-z was sitting a few seats away from gaga ( which was my seat.. but thats a diff store  )
i found it weird that FAMILY didnt sit together.. but im guessing those to have had issues waaaaaay before this kung-fu attack
solange always has a scowl on her freakin face

There is an article in either the post that solange was drunk and was acting nuts prior to this incident. She was yelling at Rachel Roy before this. I think she had drug issues so she was probably on something.

I don't think it was Solange's issue. If your drugged up/drunk sibling attacked your husband, you'd stop it.
I say her sister was going after JayZ because he wronged her in some way & Beyonce accepted that crap. She understands why her sister is so pissed off & looking out for her which is why she does nothing to stop it. And from the video, she did absolutely nothing.
