Mattress smell issue - WWYD?
I recently purchased a Sealy crib mattress from BRU and it smells so bad. Like a new mattress smell. I aired it out for a couple of days outside but I can still smell it.
Do you think I should look into returning it. I know how BRU is with returns but I really don't want my DC sleeping on it.

If it's been outside, in the elements, I don't think BRU would take it back.
I don't know what a "new mattress smell" is but would it go away if you put a mattress pad and sheets on it?
What's the mattress made of?

Try returning it if you're not happy with the smell

If you can't return it try sprinkling it with baking soda. Let it sit then vacuum it.
