36 week appt today. Is it painful?
What else can I expect besides an internal exam?

36 week appt today. Is it painful?
At 36 weeks they just did the internal and my weight and BP. I actually didn't find the internal to be painful, just REALLY uncomfortable. I spotted after the internal too which is COMPLETELY normal.

I have the same appointment today also! From DS1 i just remember it being uncomfortable. hopefully it's the same this time around too. Good luck!

36 week appt today. Is it painful?
Aside from the an internal exam it should be the same as past appointments. If you have not been tested for group b strep yet you may be tested today. I have been having internals to check my cervix through out my pregnancy and I do not find them painful. Good Luck!!

I had the group B strep test at my 36 week. That is just a swab and not painful at all. I don't remember internals being that painful. I don't have to have them this pregnancy bc I'm a scheduled c.
