It's her belly, she posted on instagram that they cut the dress into two pieces.
Seems like that's all her and Khloe wear now a days...don't know what's up with the new style but it's trashy.

It is her belly. I actually don't think it is nice on her at all. Her top is usually her small area but this doesn't show that off at all. She looks wide and boxy on top.

I have the E! app and it said that she is wearing a Dior dress and she cut it. I would have liked it better if she didn't cut it.
