Dina Lohan Busted For DWI On Northern State Last Night
WOODBURY - New York State Police have arrested actress Lindsay Lohan’s mother, Dina, for allegedly driving drunk last night.
Police say around 11 p.m. they observed a white BMW traveling westbound on the Northern State Parkway at a speed of 77 mph in a 55 mph zone.
According to police, Lohan, 50, of Merrick, was found to be intoxicated.

Lohan was arrested on charges of DWI and aggravated DWI after a Breathalyzer revealed her blood alcohol to be twice the legal limit, police say.
After being taken into custody, police say Lohan made an allegation that she was injured during the arrest. Police say when emergency personnel arrived and evaluated her, there were no injuries and she recanted her claim.
Lohan was issued traffic tickets for two DWI offenses and speeding.
Lohan was later released to a third party and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 24.

Why is this considered OK enough to warrant little to no jail time? Why is this remotely socially acceptable?

She is gross- thankfully she didn't kill anyone. I hope she gets jail.
This was also a scary fast forward of what Lindsay will look like in 25 years. They look a lot a like. Both her parents are huge losers, no wonder she's such a mess.
