Last night's catfish (9/3) spoilers
Did anyone else watch??? I felt so sad for the guy, even though he lied- so did she! And he was still pretty cute!
My DVR cut off the follow up, did she go to see him again?? How did it work out?

I believe in the follow up she was going to be going to nj to visit him and they were dating,
I felt bad for him because she also lied to him about what she looked like, and she was making a big deal about how he was heavy and she wasnt attracted to him, meanwhile he didn't even notice that her pictures had been photoshopped to slim her down.
I'm glad in the end she decided to give him a chance

OMG I know! I was shocked she was so against the idea of just hanging out with him and seeing where it went. In my eyes, she was in the wrong for lying just as much as he was! I do wonder what happened after she finally decided to spend time with him.

I was ready to tear that girl a new azzhole until the update where she said he deserved a chance! I felt so bad for him! she didn't just reject him... she was downright COLD! And honestly...he wasn't a bad looking guy, he was just a big guy. he was adorable! he seemed very sweet.
I couldn't believe after her own weight insecurities and wanting to be loved for who she was she took one look at him and was like NOPE. I especially didn't like when she was making excuses saying "I need to love myself first" ********!...oh but if he had six pack abs you would find it easier to "love yourself" enough to be with him right? She wasn't being real.

I'm so glad I wasn't alone in my thinking. I felt so bad for him. He seemed like such a nice guy. One thing I noticed that made me  was her nails. If you knew you were going to be filmed for tv AND meet your possible soulmate after 7.5 yrs, wouldn't you have at least taken off your month-old chipped nail polish? Im probably reading too much into it, but it makes me question her sincerity before meeting him.

I called BS on her as far as what she told him about them not having a future.
I thought for her, him not being who he said he was meant that there was more of a REAL chance of it going somewhere and it scared her. My heart was breaking for him. And I agree with others...he was a nice looking guy and very sweet. He's a big guy...big deal. They both lied...
What bothered me the most was how before she saw him she said that more than anything, she hoped that the person she had been speaking with was being real, no matter if he looked like the pics or not. He was.
I was sooo happy with the update that she was giving him another shot! I hope it works out for them. 7 years is a LONG time!

I only watched up to the part when they met because when they should the scenes before the commercial and she was flipping that he wasn't what she thought he was going to look like I was like seriously?

If he lost some weight he would probably be pretty hot! Everything he said about himself was true. He seemed so nice I couldn't believe how she was acting. Also agree w pp why did she have such chipped nail polish lol!

ITA with all of this! I was so disgusted by her . . . She feels so sorry for herself because she's judged on how she looks, so she turns right around and does it to him? Even worse, she didn't even try to sugar coat it to him, so she was so blunt and emotionless. How she could treat him like that after 7 years.
I guess I was glad she was giving him another chance but I wish he wouldn't let her. She really showed him what a shallow person she is, he should have told her she blew her shot.
He really did seem like a very sweet guy and he wasn't bad looking. I hope he finds someone who will actually appreciate him!
