She has done a great job with keeping her weight from getting out of control. She had a tendency to get heavy without being pregnant. She looks happy and healthy. I think the color is too dark but the cut isn't bad.

Agreed. 100%
I think she looks good, just needs to raise that hem a bit.
I will say, I'm not a huge fan of the shoes but I lean toward more conservative looks anyway.

i'll play devil's advocate. her hair is styled that way because she hates how her face looks and she's using it to hide.
the shoes are still heels, but give her enough support to walk while she tries to keep her balance.
her feet are obviously very swollen, so the straps hide her cankles. the dress is that length because of how big her calves are.
she's trying to look the best she can, with a body that is not cooperating. the woman is pregnant. let's give her a break.

Why wear shoes that are going to emphasize the tree trunks?!?! I have stumps with no ankles as well and I stay far far away from anything that is going to wrap around my ankle
