I never watched the show so I don't really know who she is but this is so sad. She was so young. But I have to say, I find it a little odd that there isn't more detail on this emergency medical event that occurred.

I've read overdose too I guess that would make sense why the family isn't saying much. Who knows. This is just so so sad, way too young!

That's so sad. I actually really liked her on the show, she seemed genuine. I did get the sense on the show she had some issues. I feel bad, that's awful. Really sad, so young.

I just read an article that said suicide. She always seemed lost to me and insecure. Such a sweet person, how terrible. I am shocked.

This was the one & only season I ever watched and Gia was my favorite!
What a tragedy....what demons she must've been battling to take her own life! I only hope she's finally at peace!
