BTDT peeps...what do you make of this?

i am 36 weeks. since yesterday ive had a very sore back. the pain is very low and on my right side. a few times yesterday and in the middle of the night i also felt two stabbing pains in my vagina and one pain mid belly. overall, i just feel like crap. didnt really have any of these symptoms with pg #1. do you think this is just normal third trimester stuff or could it be something more? i havent called my doc because i have an appt tomorrow morning.

i took tylenol and a hot bath and used a heating pad on my back but nothing seemed to really help.

I had back pain and sciatica with my second child.
Nerve pain is pretty normal towards the end.
I walked around more & stayed off my butt (which made it better).
