oil, when/if to lock in
What are you paying for oil? I'm trying to decide if I should lock into a rate for the year. Marran who I have been using just offered me 3.749 a gal. Is there a better time of year to lock in?

September is usually the best time to lock in. Oil companies are slow and looking to make deals. Also price shop...most companies will beat a verified price quote. That said, a lock in of 3.50 is a prettygoodprice. I'm currently locked in at that with Lewis also, but mine expires in October.
