bumbo seat
yay or nay?
DD is three months old - im debating if i should get one for her or not. we live in a small apartment so the less the better but if people find them helpful then i would go for it

Me too.
I liked that i could put her down for a bit in something other than the bouncy.

i could have lived without mine. I wouldnt buy it new. if you can get it used for cheap then go for it.

Same. Used it with DD#1 occasionally. DS not once.

It was a waste for us. My DD never really liked it and outgrew it very quickly.

We never had a bumbo but we had a similar seat that did a lot more. It was DD's and she used it tons, it actually would occupy her for a while (not much else did). DS just turned 4 months and we started him in it today actually. He really likes it too. I'd definitely recommend this seat, especially since you can use it as a booster down the road.

We bought something like a bumbo with a tray that goes all the way around with some toys on it. She loves it!!

Get the summer seat. Better than the bumbo! They don't use it for very long but it's good to have for that transition stage.

Summer Infant super seat MUCH better and lasts longer because your dc will have more to play with so you get so much use out of it. If I had a bumbo my dd wouldn't have stayed long because she would get bored in a heartbeat
