sleep regression?

did anyone find that your child's sleep regression coincided with you going back to work? mine's gotten progressively worse since going back.

I work part time and I find the nights before I have to go in I swear she knows and theres always an issue. Whether its she initially doesn't want to go to sleep or she wakes. But its ALWAYS the night before I go in.

Yup. My DD was basically STTN by about 6 wks (8-3, wake up for 1 feeding, back to sleep until 6-7am) and within a week of me going back to work, that ended. For the first few weeks, she would get up every couple of hours (then that changed to every hour for a week or so). Now that I've been back for a few months, she is starting to finally wake up less, last night she only woke up at 130 for a meal. Given our work schedules, her feeding schedule has changed from when I was home, so I have a feeling we won't completely drop night feelings until she stops BFing, but I'm ok with getting up just once.

YES!!! I actually posted something like this a week ago!! And a lot of ppl said it should get better....it actually has for me, I've been back to work for almost 3 mths and she was in the beginning waking up every hour, now she has been waking up 2 times which isn't terrible for me!

ETS: my dd used to sleep through the night before I went back to work a well. But like I said before it seems to be getting a little better
