spinoff to teething question
Once tooth breaks through the gums is teething considered over or no? My dd got her first tooth just broke through the gums and shes been a mess for naps and bedtime all week.

spinoff to teething question
For DD once the tooth was completely through she was fine. However, she usually gets more than one tooth at a time. She typically gets the right one in first and then the left a day or two later.
