cape dormers
Anyone dormer their house? Any info would be wonderful! I have 2 bedrooms upstairs and would like to add 1 bedroom and a bath!

I have a cape and I've looked into it. It was 13K to do one side and 33K to do both. That was just the shell. It was another 15K for the inside consruction without heating or electric.
