Who is supposed to buy this? Bridal party? MOH? Mother of the bride?

I got mine from the bridal salon. They actually gave it to me, didnt need to buy.

I picked out the one I wanted and then my Mom bought it for me as a gift. She was originally going to make me one with pieces of her dress but it didn't work out. Instead, we added a piece to one already bought.

My MIL made mine for me. I don't know if there's anyone in particular who's supposed to buy it. If she hadn't made it I probably would have bought it myself.
