How much does your 3mo -4 mo old weight?

DS will be 4 mo in 2 weeks and he is over 16lb . Everyone says he is a big boy, including my ped, so I'm curious.
Birth weight was 7.12

DS weighed 17 1/2lbs at his 4 month appointment but he always been on the bigger side (over 10lb at birth). Now at 9 months he is just under 23lbs!

My DS weighs about 11lbs 5oz and he is in the 5th percentile. He's 15 weeks. He's a tiny peanut, but just started eating a lot more and gaining weight pretty fast.

My dd was at 15 lbs 2 oz last week. She turns four months on the 12th.

my DD is 4 months old and she recently weighed in at 14 lbs 10 oz. She is a big girl!!

At DDs 4 month ckup she was 15lbs.

My 3month old is about 13 lbs.

my dd is 7 months and has yet to reach that weight shes a peanut...

My ds is 12 weeks and weighs 12lbs.

At 4 months, DS was about 17lbs. Once he started crawling and moving around, the weight gain slowed down significantly. At 10.5 months, he is now about 22 1/2 lbs.

He was born at 7 lbs 10 oz.

Your baby sounds average size to me.

DD was 3 weeks early and weighed 7lbs 5ozs

She was 3 mos on 12/28 and at her last well visit she was 15.69lbs (and 23.5").

Everyone says she is a big baby (incl Ped).

DS was a big baby as well (from birth). And now at 5 1/2 yrs old he is a solid 55lbs and ~36" tall. He is by no means a fat/chubby kid.

How much does your 3mo -4 mo old weight?

At that age babies may be "big" but once they start moving many times their weight levels out. My DS is 19 lbs at a year and is skinny. So yes I would think that's big but I have many friends who had kids like that that are now string beans.

I would not worry at all.

I think DD was 13 lbs, 9oz. at 4 months..give or take a couple of oz. She was at the 50th percentile for weight. Now, at 6 months, she weighs 15 lbs., 9 oz., and is between the 25th and 50th. It sounds like your son is in one of the higher percentile ranges, but it doesn't sound off the charts or anything.

ETA: She was 7lbs, 2oz at birth.

my girls are 16 (14 months adjusted) months old and weigh 18 lbs. they are peanuts

at 4 months adjusted they were around 11.5

at 4months months my tiny tot came in at 12lbs 13oz. doc said she was in the 50th percentile. she was 3 weeks earlier and weighed 6lbs 2oz at birth

DS 1 was 18lbs, 6 oz at 4 months, and DS 2 was just about 17 lbs.

DS 1 is so tall and big for his age, he is now 3, and people think he is 5

DS2 is ont he same track..just a very tall big boy.

Everyone told me it would even out, or they stopgrowing so rapidly after a year old, etc...I haven't found that to be true yet. Every appointment thus far, they were gaining around 1-2 lbs.

Both were just about 8 1/2 lbs at birth, and both were early.

My girls at 4 months were dd1-13.7, dd2-14.4

At 4 months DD was 15 1/2 lbs

at our 2 month check up my DS weighed just under 15 lbs. he was also born over 11 lbs.

I usually check the charts, and I am obsessed with checking it with him since his height and weight were off the charts from the beginning.

My DS is 18lbs 10oz at 4 months. He's over th 95th percentile in weight, height and over 100% in head circumference.

DS was born at 7 lb 15 oz. At his 16 week check up he was 14 lb 8 oz. At 18 weeks (last time he went) he was 15 lb 2 oz.

DD was born at 9lb and will be 4 mo on the 17th. I weighed her yesterday and she was about 19lb! She's a big girl.
