6 month old feeding schedule??
Can you please tell me your 6 month old DC's feeding schedule - bottles and food?

6 month old feeding schedule??
Bottles.... I'm trying to get dd down to 4 bottles a day, but mainly its 5x a day... Approximately at 7am, 10, 1, 4, and 7
Food.... Oatmeal and fruit at 10am and then again around dinner time. I've been alternating between apples and pears bc she likes both. I'd like to do veggies at dinner time instead eventually, but as of right now, she isn't having it

Typical flul work day schedule
BF @ 7:15am
Bottle of EBM (5oz) @ 10:30, 1:30, 4:30
BF @ 7pm and before bed @ 9 (mostly to put to sleep)
2 oz fruit or veggie in am 8-9ish
2 oz fruit or veggie + oatmeal in PM 5-6 ish

DD right now is 4 bottles 8,12,4,8pm(bedtime)
food is oatmeal mixed with right now carrots but we are starting squash tomorrow at 10 and 6
I was trying to see if anyone only did 3 bottles - dd is only really drinking 4-6 ounces per bottle and it is a battle - takes at least an hour
so i was curious if it was time to drop her to three bottles 
UGH so hard to figure out

6 am bottle
9 am bottle
12 am bottle
3 pm bottle
4 pm - Either oatmeal and fruit or sweet potato and veggie
6 pm bottle

id love to be down to 4 bottles... LOL, but i think 3 is unrealistic at this age... i know they are still suppossed to be taking in at least 25 oz of formula even with the addition of the cereal and pureed food (which seems a little crazy to me)... so make sure shes getting enough formula since thats the main source of nutriets still
And your dd really shouldnt be taking that long to eat... have you switched the nipple level? I had dd on 1 for the longest time and she would get tired and disinterested in eating so i moved up to 2 and she sucks the bottles down in under 10 mins

Our schedule is packed b/c DD drinks so little, so we still cram in 5 bottles during the day and a dreamfeed. DD will be 6 months old tomorrow, and I want to play with her schedule when we're all home during Christmas break.
Currently:
6:15-6:30ish: Bottle
9:30: Bottle & 1 tbsp cereal with half a container of a fruit or veggie. (she has been eating purees since 4.5 months, but still hasn't increased the amount she eats).
1:30: Bottle
5:00: Bottle & cereal with fruit or veggie
8:00: Bottle
11:30ish: Dreamfeed
If DD didn't have some bottles where she only takes 1-3 oz, I would give her food at 5-5:30, then a bottle closer to bedtime.

I figured it was too early to switch to the three bottle but my rational for it was maybe she would take more formula in a shorter period of time due to increased hunger at 3 feedings rather than 4.
We have switched already to the size 2 nipple and it really made no difference.
She will typically suck down the first 2-3 ounces and then freak out and push away from the bottle. So I try to give her a 20 minute break. Then she might suck down another ounce or 2. I typically give her no longer than an hour to get in as much as she can. Otherwise I would be feeding her all day long and I feel like I do this already
Other times she will suck down 6-7 ounces within 20-30 minutes.
It really is mind boggling - she sleeps 12 hours at night - so you would think she would be starving at her 8 am bottle but that is the one she gives us the worst time with - she barely eats 4 ounces .
Her ounce intake normally improves as the day goes on - go figure!!!!!
Sorry - this was a mini vent I guess 
I will take any and all suggestions!!!!
