4 year old schedule
Curious about your (around) 4 yo. What time do they go to bed and wake up? Do they still nap? If in school how many days/ hours?
My 4 yo is not sleeping well at night so wondering if he needs a different schedule

Mine just turned 4 Nov 24th. They go to bed about 7:30-8 but don't fall asleep until 9:30 or so. They do not take formal naps although some days we do quiet time and one of my sons will fall asleep. Occasionally they fall asleep in the car if we go out after work. They go to preschool 3 days a week.

No more naps, DD gave them up completely around 3.5yo. She is in bed AND asleep by 8pm every night and she wakes up between 7:30-8am.
She goes to a separation PreK type class on Tues and Thurs from 11:30 to 1:30 and dance class on Saturdays from 10:15 to 11:00.
(She turned 4 in Sept)

My DS turned 4 in September. He goes to bed between 7:30 and 8pm, does not nap, and wakes up between 7 and 8 in the morning.

my son is 4 1/2.
wakes at 6:30am
Naps 1:30-3:00 (on most days)
Bed at 8pm
*i thought he was giving up naps 2 months ago and so we would just have him go to bed by 7pm. But he seems to be wanting them and taking them more and more these days.
he goes to pre-k every day from 8:45-11:15am.

DD is 4 1/2. She goes to school 5 full days, no nap and goes to bed between 7:30 and 8.

Ds wakes up at around 630 and goes to bed between 8 and 830. He goes to school 5 days a week full time and most times doesn't nap- its only a half hour rest period anyways. Occasionally he will nap at home but if he does he will sleep for 2 hrs and go to bed later.

DD is 4. Gave up naps at 2 years old. So no naps now. Goes to bed around 830 pm and falls asleep within 10 mins. Wakes up around 730-830am.

4 year old schedule
DS is almost 5. Goes to bed at 9, I wake him at 7:00, he'd like to wake up at 7:20, won't go to bed early though.
His school does take a 2 hour nap which most kids do; DS doesn't. He does quiet work on his mat then plays video games.

DS is almost 4 and has not napped for over a year. He goes to bed around 7:30-8 and waskes up around 6:30-7.

My DS turned 4 in Nov. and goes to bed by 8/8:30, dropped naps 3 months ago, wakes up 7:30/8. He goes to school 3 days a wk 2.5 hrs
