what does your 10 month old eat?

DD has not had any issues eating up until now. I started her with home made fruits and veggies and once she was established, I switched to the 2nd stage Gerber fruits and veggies and the meats too. Recently I went to stage 3 meats and now she refuses to eat anything for lunch or dinner - she takes 1-2 mouthfuls and thats it. Breakfast is fine, she usually has oatmeal and a fruit followed by a bottle.
I think I want to try shredding up some chicken and give her that, but #1 I am nervous, and #2 I don't exactly know how to prepare it and what else to give her.
Please help.

My DS is 10 mts and I struggle with this all the time! I try to be creative because he also will not eat the stage 3 foods. So far I have given him : shredded chicken with avocado, shredded turkey with cranberry sauce, pancakes or french toast with baby fruit on top instead of syrup, pastina with mashed veggies or tomato sauce, sweet potato, ravioli, chicken nuggets, and yogurt. Also for snacks we will give him cut-up fruit, shredded cheese, yogurt melts, cheerios, and freeze-dried fruit. Hope this helps :)

My DS is 11 months and I am trying to get him to eat table food. I thought the stage 3 would be a transition since it has chunks. He spits out the chunks. I just keep trying. THe textures are new for them.

Don't give up. Maybe give some stage 3 with soemthign you know they will eat so they are getting some food down.

I should also add that she has the milk protein allergy and pediatrician told me to hold off on milk products, egg whites til she is at least 12 months.

I have been trying to mask the stage 3 meats with fruit and she was eating it for a couple days.

DS eats anything he can hold. He is now transitioned to table food.
I give him
baked chicken or turkey, no skin
string beans, well cooked brocolli
mozarella cheese
yogurt (spoon fed, Yo Baby)
white rice (from Chinese food)
well cooked pasta, plain
Trader Joe's O's
puffs (beechnut, gerber)
yogurt drops (Gerber)
Since he's teething and rarely lets me spoon feed him, I have been getting the fruit in the pouches that you squeeze

ETA: I have recently been giving him frozen mini bagels, teething cookies, scrambled egg and cold cuts.

ds is on all table food. He refused to eat baby food at 9 months.

So he eats everything we eat, just tiny tiny.

DD just turned 10 months and she eats what we eat. The only thing I haven't given her is honey.
IMO, rather than giving DC pureed meats, I would just cut up whatever beef, chicken, turkey, etc. you are eating and give that to him/her instead. Just cut it up into tiny pieces.

DD likes grilled/roasted chicken, matzoh ball and chicken noodle soup, any pasta, pancakes, waffles, stew, grilled veggies, guacamole, hummus, scrambled eggs, meatballs, steak, and tilapia.
