I was recently thinking of switching from the Rx vitamins to OTC vitamins. I'm looking for something more natural. What are you currently using?

I was using the liquid ones then I fell off and kept forgetting them.
I just bought Flinstones. I looked at the ingredients/vitamins between them and the Enfamil Tri-Vi-Sol that I was using and they were pretty much the same except the Flinstones had more vitamins, because they are for older children obviously. So I went with those for now. They have been around forever so I felt more comfortable with those than another brand for now.
