Is this a sign of teething?

DD has been chomping down on her binky lately... The nipple part, the edges, everywhere... She's also been quite irritable this past week and its so unlike her... Getting her to nap has become a freakin chore and a half... She'll be 6 months next week...

I looked at and felt her gums, but nothing yet... What do you think

It does sound like it. Babies often start teething before you can actually see enflamed gums or signs of teeth.

Could be! I highly recommend an Amber teething necklace. I am so not a crunchy type of mama, but I swear that necklace got my dd through teething at 4 months (got her 2 bottom). She barely complained - just lots of things in her mouth and drooling.

yep. dd refused binky until she started teething. now she chews on it. she just cut her lower bottom.

My doctor said you can tell children are teething when they start biting on things. if she is biting the pacifier or the bottle nipple then maybe she is.
