Not sure if this is the board for this post or what..
But I have a question (might be TMI) about your first PP period.
LO is 4 months and mine just started on Friday, it has been pretty normal - started my new birth control yesterday... today I have the WORST cramps I have had in years. Like, considering leaving work painful.
Anyone experience this during their first PP period??

I didn't get bad cramps but BOY was it heavy.
Like I was afraid I was hemmorhging heavy.
The OB said it's normal for the first few PP periods to be like that.

Im on month 2 of getting my PP period and when or does the heaviness slow down. I also thought I was hemmoraging. Its crazy I went pre preg barley anything to 5 -7 days full blown period heavy.
Please tell me it gets better?
