Yes I bought one for my daughter who is three. She doesn't use it outside because I still prefer taking her out with the tricycle. She drives all around the house with the scooter. Her little brother who is turning too just sits on it and scoots around like a ride on toy. With that said, she is relatively steady on it, I will take her out in it since now she is wearing heavier clothes In the fall and we do have a bike. helmet that she will wear. I would say get it and let your child practice indoors next. I'm going to pass the scooter on to my son (it's red) and I will eventually upgrade her to the next level scooter.i love everything radioflyer!

DD has it. She got it for her 2nd Bday. She's 2.5 now and she loves it. it took a while for her to get the concept of standing on it with one foot and pushing with the other, but she pretty got it after a few times. It's very sturdy. I think it will last her at least another year or so.

I'm stuck...I have a 2yo & an almost 5yo (march). I know if I get one, the other will want too.
So I thought to get my younger one it...& if my older flips, her B-Day is in March. Or do I just get them both one for their appropriate age?
DD2 is getting a 3-wheeler, so maybe my almost 5yo would more enjoy the concept?

I love this scooter. The wide base is great for the younger ones.

MY DD has it since she was 3 and it is great. She is not super agile or coordinated, yet she does great on the my first scooter. Love that its pink too. I highly recommend it!
She also has the radio flyer big wheel (also pink) and thats great also.
