How often do you do laundry?

Do you do laundry a little every night or on weekends? I save it for weekends but it just piles and piles and I spend so much time doing it on Saturday. Think I might do a load a night. It's just that I am so tired at the end of the night. What do you do?

Before DS I did it on the weekends. Now that I am a SAHM I do laundry every other day. DH also works in the city now and commutes on the subway. He's anal about city grime and leaves me a ton of laundry to wash.

When she was a newborn we did the laundry every day. It was the only way we could keep up with all the burp cloths! And we had over 20 burp cloths for sure. When she started eating solids and her reflux got better, it became like 3-4 times a week.

I'd say about 4 times a week on average, sometimes more, sometimes a bit less. We go through a lot of laundry somehow. I could never do it all in one day, it would be too daunting.

I do my DS's laundry 2x a week.

The bulk I save for the weekends, but we start it Friday night (towels, dryer stuff).

Line dry and my DH's work stuff will get done on the weekends because they need a little bit more special care.

I average about 8 loads of laundry a week for a small family of 3.

about 4-5 times a week with towels and the kids clothes. Usually I do our clothes (line dry) and sheets over the weekend.

Once a week, usually on Sunday, I prefer to fold it all at once as opposed to little by little.

I only do that because DH is usually off during the week so I don't want to waste our time together doing laundry. When I worked, I did the kids laundry on Mondays and my laundry on Tuesdays. DH usually does his own laundry.

I try to do a load each night. I usually throw it in while DD gets started with dinner so afterwards I can put it in the dryer and then get it folded after she goes to bed. My DH puts the clothes away, which is a big help.

We do it once a week...ususally my DH does it on mondays cause he is off and i work all day

I do 2-3 loads Saturdays (darks, lights, sheets/towels/playmat).

Our caregiver does 1 load with all kid clothing/sheets on Fridays.

It all depends on the week but I really hate laundry piling up. I still wash the boys stuff separate, so thy get washed 3x a week & then our stuff gets washed 3-4 times a week depending on what's going on. Out of 7 das, usually there is 1 day that the washer is not on.

I try and get one load in when I get home from work each night. I used to leave it as long as possible but we started running out of towels so now I try and do a load a night

M-W-F is laundry day and T-TH-S is diaper laundry so I do at least 1 load a day. If I didn't I would never be caught up!

A few times a week. Trying to work out a set schedule. I fold it and put it right away. I would never be able to live knowing there is clean laundry sitiing around.
