Potty Training Questions....

For those of you ladies that say you trained your DS to go on the potty in 2-3 days....what exactly did you do?

DS is showing some signs and his daycare is really pushing us to start, but I think he just likes the potty...

He asks to sit on it alot but almost never actually goes on the potty. At "school" there is a designated area for the potty and since only some of the kids are trained, they also hide some toys in the area, which I think draws is attraction to "going on the potty".
He will tell me when he is pooping, but only after he has already gone. I generally know when he is peeing because he tugs at his crotch typical man....


He only JUST turned two in August....do you guys think this is too early?
