Christening Gown Questions?
So its time to start thinking about dd gown for her christening..any suggestions on where to buy? I don't want to spend a fortune, esp. since DD will probably spit-up on it anyway (boohoo).
I heard some good things about Macy's but there isn't much on their website, do they have more in the stores???

Re: Christening Gown Questions?
I went browsing for DD's gown 2x at Little Dickens in Centerreach - I got very close to buying a gown, but both times DS (4) had to pee. It burned me that they wouldn't let me use the bathroom, and I was about to spend hundreds there... so I went to Little shop for babies in Smithtown and happend to find the same gown I was going to buy at Little Dickens for about $50 less. The selection was much smaller - and it was luck that I found the gown, but they were just nicer overall in Smithtown.
I have to call them to see where i can get the gown preserved.

I saw a bunch at the Hartstrings store at the Deer Park outlets. Most of the store is on sale and they were taking an extra 20% off everything that day. They do that a lot. If you are not too far, it is worth a shot. The store is located very close to Old Navy.

Christening Gown Questions?
I went to charlotte kids in wantagh. I got the gown , booties, bib, and bonnet for a little over $200 they will even press it that week if is wrinkled. The shoes alone can be $50. Oh and the best thing is was half the price of online. Love it

Christening Gown Questions?
I just ordered from pinkprincess.com. I lucked out and the dress ended up being as beautiful in person as it was online. The dress came with the bonnet and think it was 69.99. The booties were 10.00 and the bib and socks were also inexpensive. The best part was that it is free shipping and free returns so I ordered two sizes since I wasn't sure which dd needed. The dress also arrived very quickly. This was probably the thing I stressed most and it couldn't have been easier.

I got DDs dress from here we paid about 150, it was silk and gorgeous! They had other options/materials.
