There isn't anything wrong with the item, just the parents who think it is ok to leave a kid sitting in one unattended or or a high surface. I don't recall seeing info about returning them.

Yes babies r us is. I just returned mine on friday & got $37 for the seat & $13 for the tray. Honestly i didnt see anything wrong w/ it but my DD doesnt use it anymore & if im able to return it & get $ for some diapers... Why not?

walmart in e meadow took it back the othe day with no issues. i just had to go back and get a new one so they had the bar code. gave me store credit
