gags then throws up???

my 10 month old, since she was born if i try to give her tylenol or vitamins she gags and throws up.... unless i do it first thing in the morning before she eats or drinks... does anyone else have this issue?? any one have help on this or pointers?

i don't blame her throwing up the vitamins. they smell nasty and i'm sure they taste nasty too my ped recommended putting the vitamins in his bottle. that worked like a charm. but he will also take the vitamins when in the high chair at meal time. i give those first and then quickly follow with fruit.

for tylenol my DD never did this as an infant but her last cold at 15m she did it every time. i ended up putting 1-2oz of water in a bottle and gave it to her. she would drink it for the most part.
she's had vitamins in her morning bottle every day since she was home from the hospital so that's never been an issue for us.
