Does the babysitter drive your kids if necessary?

I don't pay per hour - I pay a weekly salary. She drives my son to and from school 3 days a week.
How many hours are you looking for this person to work per week?

I work part-time. My nanny works from 7:25-4:45, 2 days a week, one two year old child and I'm paying her $100/day

I have a babysitter one day a week for my 20 month old twins...she is there from 8 to 3 I pay her $100/day or $14/hour She doesn't drive them on a daily basis but has for special events ie my brothers wedding

I pay her $17/h for 2 kids. She also drives my son to school, and takes them places. She works about 25h/wk

I pay $300/week for 3 days a week, 10am-5pm. She doesn't drive them, but that's my choice, because I don't want to have to buy more carseats.
