one step ahead
Has anyone ordered from this website? i ordered DS's halloween costume and it was delivered today....and the quality is horrible!! as soon as i went to put it on him the lining on the inside started to tear apart at the seams. When i looked closely, the lining was very poorly ans loosely stitched. i know its just a costume he will wear one day but it was not a cheap costume so it just really pisses me off! any experiences with this website? i think i'm going to email the company and complain.

I have ordered from them, but not clothing. I ordered frech door locks that did not fit on any of my french doors, lol. The quality wasnt too bad though. I would return/exchange it. Call them!

I've ordered a ton of stuff with them and love them actually!! Never had any issues. I haven't ordered much in the way of clothing though, aside from some swim stuff.

I have ordered a lot from them and I loved it all. The only thing was that the swimwear ran a bit small.

I've ordered from there quite a few times and never had any problems. I ordered a Halloween costume from there one year and didn't have any issues with it.

DDs halloween costume was from them last year and it was great.

thanks everyone...i emailed customer service and did get a very prompt response. They thought i received a defective costume and offered to pay for shipping to exchange it, so hopefully no issues with the new costume!
