Does anyone have tips/suggestions for dealing with transitions for a 3YO? My son goes to Daycare full-time and is having some trouble dealing with the change in teachers that are there in the morning when I drop him off. In June, there was one teacher, and she has since retired. So now, there are a couple of new teachers, but they have also been there (not new staff) so I am not sure why my son gets so upset?

He screams and cries and it breaks my heart... I try to talk to him about it beforehand, but he still gets upset. Hope this passes soon, but maybe some tips for him and me too-LOL??
