In-Home daycare
If you send your DC to an in-home daycare, how did you find them? My sister is looking for someplace to send her DS when he is born. She would also be interested in having someone come to her house to watch him while she is at work. But how do you even find these places/people?

we found a state licensed and insured in-home just by googling! They are amazing - we hit the daycare jackpot.
word of mouth. ask around!

I did in-home daycare for a while, I watched 2 little boys in my home. Both of the moms found me on Care.com
