Has anyone taken their LO to RP? DD is 28 months and I'm looking for a short day trip since I have a 2 week old as well.

How many rides are geared towards 2 year olds? Was it worth it?

Just went today.

Ds is exactly 2.

If your kid is above 36 inches... There are tons of rides he can go on. We had a great time with ds who is shorter. DH or I accompanied him on lots of rides. He went on at least 9 different rides.

Also... Don't forget the regular rides they can go on with an adult.

For kids under 2 admission is free but they can only go on 3 rides: train, carousel and ferris wheel.

Been to adventure land recently for a birthday. Ds could ride on more rides there independently. He did better than I expected. He loved the kiddie car carousel and we went on puppies, boats, big carousel and train together. Just depends on the personality of your kid. Adventure land is better if they are ok alone. Play land is different. Bigger. By the sea and boardwalk. More walking.

Is there a lot of water stuff? We were going to go to land of make believe but the weather is cool this weekend.

No. Not much water stuff for kids. Hubby went on one plunge ride and there was one more.

There is a beach and pool right next to rye play land.. But neither are that nice IMO.
