When did you start with puffs?

I remember when Sasha was a baby, someone said when they started crawling they could handle the fine motor skills required for puffs.. but she crawled so late and was lazy, so I started way before.

Anyway-- when did everyone start?

When did you start with puffs?

We waited for crawling with both our boys. Around 8 months both times.

These are the guidelines on all puffs containers:

1. Crawl on his/her hands and knees without the tummy touching the floor
2. Eat thicker solids with larger pieces
3. Use the jaws to mash foods with gums
4. Pick up food to eat on his/her own with thumb and forefinger.

HTH!

When did you start with puffs?

We did 6 months with military crawl. I broke them in half for a little bit, until he got used of them.

Re: When did you start with puffs?

I started early...maybe 6 months, maybe a little sooner...I would break them up and give him little pieces.
