When did your DC start sitting up on their own?
DS is almost 4mths and Im just curious aroung what age are they able to remain sitting on their own?

A little after 5 months. And oh what a joy! Once they're sitting on their own, they can play on their own. And you can be across the room having a cup of coffee and reading a book.

When did your DC start sitting up on their own?
I have DS 5 month picture and he was sitting but had to use his hand to keep him balanced. I would say a week or so after that he was sitting on his own. He probably started the sitting between 4- 5 and by 5 was more stable.
By 6 months he was pulling up and cruising!!!!
It goes so fast once they are able to sit on their own so GET READY!!!!! To me this is when DS became fun....plays with me and on his own and just amazes me everyday!!!

When did your DC start sitting up on their own?
I think for DS 1 it was 6 mos. DS 2 will be 5 mos on Friday and can't do it yet - but, he's definitely getting stronger!
