Sergio's Massapequa
Looking for a place to host my son's Christening luncheon....has anyone ever had or gone to an event at Sergio's in Massapequa? They seem to have a nice selection...was looking for some feedback.

We looked there for our christening too. The food was pretty good and Mike was really sweet. The only reason we didn't book was because DH didn't like the look of the restaurant. Everything else was great!

My baby shower was there and I've gone to lots of functions there. Always good food at a good price. Decor def needs updating but overall good place.

I went there once & found it to be very small. In our case we are having family with strollers etc so needed someplace bigger. We are having ours at RoseMarie Pizza in Farmingdale. in August. Good luck with your decision.

That's so funny....we had my first son's Christening at Rosemarie's in 2010. I loved it there too...just wanted somewhere different this time. The food at Rosemarie's is so good too. I like that Sergio's offers a champagne punch that sounds delicious. We are only having around 28 people and 4 kids (+ 3 babies) so that private room in Sergios should work. The owner was super nice, I went in to check the place out tonight and he sent my son home with cookies!

I had DS 1st birthday there.
While the decor is out of date, the price is right and the food is delicious.
I loved the fact that they offered guests more than just 3 items.
He also worked w/us on cost of alcohol.
I've also been to a shower there.

We had our rehersal dinner there and my parents 49th wedding anniversary there. I think the prices and food is great!!

My aunt and uncle eat there all the time, they love it.
I went to a baby shower there, the food was delicious.
