Is it necessary to use an opt 2xs a day or is one time ok?

If you are using clear blue easy opks 1x a day is fine if you are using cheapies test 2x a day

Just make sure to not pee for at least 4hrs before. I use the  ones and always test with fmu

lol that was my next question because I have seen soooo many conflicting responses some say us fmu others say test between 2-8pm...ahhh so annoying lol

I think women who test at night might do that so they BD around their peak.....it's hard not to pee for 4 hours beforehand though unless it's FMU!

eh im so used to it because sometimes at work my schedule doesnt allow for potty breaks...god help me when im preggers lol i thought bd around ur peak is not necessary the best bet that u have 24-36 hrs from the +OPT...is that right?

It also depends on your test. For example mine say that it is worthless to test before 10 AM bc the boy synthesizes LH in the morning so it won't read anything. It says never to use FMU so it's just weird right? I know others say you have to us FMU . I do test twice a day bc I know my LH surge is short and I can miss it if I don't, some people have LH surges that will read and then read stronger, some appear and disappear within hours (rarer but happens) the whole thing drives me insane!

The only opk that you can use fmu are the clear blue easy :)
Otherwise it's best to test mid day.
