Levittown Pool goers

just a stupid question, where is the parkway pool and west village green pool? I was looking at a list of all the pools and was just curious. We like to pool hop :) Also, what pool do you go to and how deep does it start at? We mostly go to azalea and it starts at 2 feet 9 inches which is perfect for ds. The pool closest to us - wolcott stinks. The liner is coming up so it feels that there is a bubble in the pool!

Parkway is Levittown Hall where you get your pool pass. West village green is just of of 106 south of Trinity HS, by the little shopping center there that has carvel in it.

If you go to - http://toh.li/facilities/parks#LO (sorry can't direct link from my phone) and click on the pool names it will bring up a map of where they are.

I go to bluegrass. Its next to the library. the only thing i dont like is there isnt any shade there amd no toddler playground. ds always wants to go on the big playground they have and hes not even 2 yet so I don't let him. There is a dunkin donuts, pizza place and bagel store all right there so its nice if I want to meet up with people and get something to eat after. The kiddie pool goes from 6" to I think around 2 feet (its up to ds chest and he is 34 total) the big pool starts at just over 3 feet I believe and goes to 4 and a half or so (DD is 4'9" and can touch) then there is the swim lanes and a deep end with diving board.

I haven't been, but heard that Slate Lane has a lot of shade so its good for little ones.

Duh! Parkway = Levittown Parkway. LOL! Thanks:) All these pools seem to have no shade. The Jerusalem pool has a little but it skeeves me.

We go to Acorn Lane. It has a nice covered area with benches inside the pool area and a nice playground outside the pool area. We've only been to a couple of the pools but I thought all the pools were exactly the same.

I pretty much grew up going to bluegrass but now I like Slate so much better. It's in a residential area lots of shades, feels secluded

We go to Slate. I think the shallowest part of the big pool is 2ft 6in. I LOVE it there.

I go to the West Village Green one... there's always shade if you sit out side the pool area on the grass under the trees. So far I really like the pool. I haven't checked out any other pools yet. The Pkwy pool always seems so crowded to me when I drive by it.

We go to late as well. We love it there too. It's sort of secluded and away from the street .

I go to the one on Carman Ave / Lake Lane. I love it. during the day at times only a few people in the pool. gets busier in evening and weekends. Baby pool goes from 6 inches to 2 feet. Big pool starts at 2.6 and not sure the deep end but I think 12 feet? Not much shade.

I worked at all 9 pools for 9 years. In terms of crowds, I would avoid Slate - it was always crowded. My favorites are Azalea, West Village Green, Bluegrass, and Acorn. Azalea and WVG have the best shade.

ETA: Carmen Ave we called the Red Planet since there is NO shade!

We go to Slate all the time. It's never crowded IMO. Not overly anyway. Is West Village Green the Jeruselum Ave pool? I heard that one and Bluegrass is the most crowded because of their locations. Close to places to eat. Slate is secluded.

WVG one is off newbridge road and where Levittown Pkwy ends. Behind a small shopping center. Like the PP said behind the carvel.

I don't find Bluegrass to be that bad. I usually go in the mornings with DS, but have seen how many people are there of I drop off or pick up DD and even on super hot days its not horrible.
