opnions on shower cp's

Just curious to see what others think on this..

We r doing a thing 1 thing 2 theme for our twins

We cannot decide on cps so we r rthinking of doing a diff one for each table

Say we have 5 tables. 2 will have edible things..one a mini candy buffet in the colors of thing 1 and 2 and the other a cupcake tower in the theme

Do u think it is ok. That the other tables r not edible cps?

Everyone will have a favor which would be a candy apple so they all get something sweet

Also if u think they all should be edible any suggestions..like if we did one table cookies how could we display it?

if i was sitting at a non-edible CP table, i'd probably be jealous so i don't love the idea (sorry).

i'd stick with all edible, or all non-edible.

if you do cookies, maybe you could put them on sticks and create a cookie bouquet of sorts?

I agree, I think it should be all one or the other.

But I love your theme, I want someone with twins to dress their babies as Thing 1 and Thing 2 for Halloween!!!

Thanks girl! I agree too... I would be jealous of the other tables lol

If I could bake this would not be a issue lol..I have to get some prices for all edible stuff

And we love those as costumes for next halloween,the only one swaying us is harry and llyod in those tuxes from dumb and dumber lol

Id keep them the same.

My friend did painted wooden things on sticks with names and table #s on the back. Then when you got to the table you put your wooden thingy in the center styro base (or sand) and it became the cp. It was really cute. She had different animals, but you could do it for your theme. Then maybe you can put some wrapped candy in that cp or scattered at each table.

I agree with everything being edible or non-edible and not a mix.

I don't have any other suggestions but I have to say that this is THE best shower theme I've ever heard of! Adorable!

I agree with the other ladies - either all or none should be edible. One other edible idea is M&Ms in the colors of Thing 1 and Thing 2.

PS I think your Thing 1/Thing 2 idea is so cute it's disgusting.... Can't even take it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
