Dizziness and headaches in early pregnancy?

I'm a little more than 7 weeks and I've had dizziness and a headache all day. I also have the usual horrible nausea and digestive issues as well as feeling very lethargic.

Is dizziness normal in the first trimester? It's starting to make me a little nervous, I'm going to call my dr tomorrow but wanted to see what you ladies thought.

Dizziness was actually my first pg sign, along with sore bbs. Your body is working overtime to start producing extra blood and fluids for the baby, so you may have little bouts of dizziness. As long as they are brief and not very frequent you're fine. Just remember to stay hydrated with plenty of water!

I had some dizziness but usually after climbing stairs or getting up quickly. I didn't have it all day but it is def a normal symptom.

All of your symptoms could be a sign of dehydration, so just make sure you are taking in plenty of fluids.

i got headaches all the time in my first trimester. it did get better once my hormones got evened out. I just took tylenol every time. It was the only way I could function.

try drinking more water too that helped me

I had dizziness and headaches in the beginning, and unfortunately it got worse when I hit week 11. I would get lightheaded just getting up from a chair. Supposedly it's quite normal though - so I've just been trying to take things slow and drink a ton of water.

Ok at least I know it's normal, I've been eating and drinking a decent amount. I've been peeing alot so I know I'm not dehydrated.

Guess I have to just ride it out, I feel better today then I did yesterday. So I guess that's good
