where can I find GOOD pizza on Long Island???

The best pizza I have ever had in my life is from Rosa's in Maspeth (on 69th street, off Grand Ave). I grew up on that block and knew the owner when it first opened. It has the yummiest cheese and sauce..I wish they had a branch on LI but I drive over to Maspeth when I visit my parents just for the pizza!
They do, on Main St in Huntington.

oh my yes yes yes!!! Rosa's in Maspeth (I know its not Long Island pizza but I had to chime in!). I used to live two blocks away and I know I gained weight just from this pizza. We went at least twice a week! We stop still all the time if we are on our way back to LI from NJ or whereever.

Try Vittorio's in Glen Cove. The owner is a relative (I think cousin) of the guys who own Rosa's in Middle Village...(I always went to the one on Fresh Pond Rd and crave it when I visit my parents) Anyway, they make a Sicilian slice just like the Queens' Rosa's and it's pretty good...knew the first time I ever ate there that there had to be a connection because it tasted to familiar.
