I didnt drink those drinks while pregnant or BF but I am a bit anal!!! I think in moderation they are probably fine

I dont bc of the aspertame, I never asked my dr about it, I just personally dont want it in my system

I was advised not to by the hospital lactation consultants.
There is an ingredient in Diet Soda that babies can potentially be allergic to.

My doctor told me no artificial sugar/diet drinks, so I don't drink any diet drinks. I think in moderation it would be okay though.

I do too but I try to not drink much and I will do it right after I pump (I exclusively pump) hoping that it is out of my system by the next one. (I do the same with anything caffeinated and alcohol when I have it)

I don't think aspartame is a good idea when BFing. I don't use artificial sweeteners at all.
